JMB Account Open! 联合管理机构户口开了!

The JMB Account in Public Bank has been opened. Now we are waiting for Meadow Management to pay up all the creditors and transfer all the money to this account. Once it officially use, all cheque must be written to this new account and Ketumbar Heights House Buyer Account will be closed.
We are planning to officially use this account from 1st July 2008, pending for approval from JMC.
联合管理户口正式在大众银行开了。现在我们正等着管理公司付清所有的债务人后,将所有的余款移到这个新户口中。一旦正式使用,往后所有的支票抬头将会使用这个新户口,而优丽阁购屋者户口将会关闭。
我们计划在2008年7月1日正式使用这个户口,现在等待着联合管理委员会的批准。

Joint Mangement Body of Ketumbar Heights Condo 优丽阁联合管理机构


Dear Residents of Ketumbar Heights Condo,

We have successfully formed our Joint Management Body (JMB) on January 29th, 2008, and elected 8 representatives to form our Joint Management Committee (JMC) together with the developer, so altogether 9 of us. We finally get our certificate on 18th April 2008 and we have had our first JMC meeting on the same day.


We have open a new JMB account at Public Bank, Taman Yulek branch and it should activated in two weeks time from now. Once the account is open, the developer will transfer all our money from House Buyer Account to our new JMB account, after paying all our creditors.


The significant of forming the JMB is that we are now in charge of our own money and we can decide how to use it, unlike previously where we need to get consent from the developer. We as the JMC will do our best to carry out our duty and hope you can actively involve by giving your precious suggestions and opinions.


Lets work together and make our home a safe and beautiful home.

各位亲爱的优丽阁居民,


我们已经成功在2008年1月29日成立联合管理机构(JMB) ,并在会议上遴选了8位代表,加上发展商总共9位成员成立联合管理委员会。我们在2008年4月18日成功取得证书,并在当天召开第一次会议。


同时,我们也在友力花园大众银行开了一个联合管理机构的户口,应该在两个星期的时间内就能正式启用。户口开了以后,发展商将会把购买者户口内所有的钱,在付清给所有债务人后,转移到我们的户口。


成立联合管理机构的重点是我们将拥有权力管理及决定如何运用我们的钱,不像以往需要得到发展商的同意。作为联合管理委员会,我们将尽全力履行我们的责任,也希望您能够积极参与,提供您宝贵的意见。


让我们共同打造一个美丽及安全的家园。
